Memory Maker, as the pictures from your vacation are some of the best keepsakes. When my family returns home from our vacation, we love going through our PhotoPass photos as we reminisce about our trip.
But first, I’m happy to guide your mom to get her login credentials for the Memory Maker. Since the Memory Maker works with a Guest’s My Disney Experience account, those would be the credentials that your mother would have used to log in.
If your mom cannot sign into her
My Disney Experience account, she can use the “Need help signing in?” option when attempting to sign in to reset her password. If she’s unsure of the account or the information, she’s welcome to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, MagicBand+, and they’ll be happy to help reset her account information for her.

view the photos here.
