Hello, My husband and I are looking into planning a Disney Cruise in Oct. 2015. Can anyone tell me how you go about paying for the Cruise? I understand that you can make payments? How much of a deposit do you have to put down? Thank You

    Ahoy, Dee!

Isn't planning a Disney Cruise exciting?  There are so many things to learn, so I am very happy that you have found the Disney Parks Moms Panel to ask your questions!

When you are booking your cruise, whether you do it directly on the Disney Cruise Line website, or through a travel agent, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit of your total cruise cost. This holds your reservation and locks in your rate. You can make payments up until the "Paid in Full" date, which is 75 days prior to your sail date.

Once your cruise is paid in full, you can book your shore excursions. This is done on the Disney Cruise Line website, and will be charged to your stateroom once you are onboard the ship.

I hope this helps with your cruise planning. Please let me know if you have further questions that arise.

    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.

GAWRSH! Hiya pals! I am a Goofy-loving mom of 2, who is married to my real-life Prince Charming. My family supports my passion for all things Disney. Walt Disney World was my very first vacation, when I was just 3 months old, and I recently completed my 73rd trip to a Disney location! I have been fortune enough to parasail high above the Disney Fantasy, attend opening day of Batuu, snorkel in the lagoon at Disney's Aulani, and SO MUCH MORE! I can't wait to help you plan your Disney vacation!
