    Hello..my dad recently had to start Kidney Dialysis and we were thinking about bringing a motorized cart with us, is that allowed, he gets very weak easly. Thanks only 77 days left !!

    I assume that when you say "motorized cart" you mean an ECV. If this is the case, then yes, ECVs are allowed at Walt Disney World. You can even rent them at the parks.
