Hello, Looking to book a trip to Disney with my husband and our 20 month old son. We need to have at least 1 bedroom, kitchen, nearby restaurants, shopping, prefer a zero entry heated pool, playground, crib, aquarium, and access to easy transportation

    Hello, Julie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How exciting to be planning a trip to Walt Disney World with your family! It's great that you're already thinking about the location of your Disney Resort and all the amenities offered.

Looking at your wish list, I would definitely recommend a 1-Bedroom Villa at Disney's Beach Club Villas or Disney's BoardWalk Villas located on Crescent Lake close to two Disney theme parks, Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and within easy walking distance to dining and shopping. In your 1-Bedroom Villa you'll enjoy a master suite with king-size bed and private bath with a whirlpool tub, living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, second bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer combo, and private porch or balcony (depending on which floor your room is on). The 1-Bedroom Villas accommodate up to 4 adults plus one child under age 3 in a crib (or Pack 'n' Play).

You'll also enjoy convenient access to complimentary transportation. Buses run to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, while water taxi service is available to transport you to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can also walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios from the Beach Club Villas or BoardWalk Villas.

These two Deluxe Resort Villas also offer children's playgrounds and beautifully themed pools with zero-entry access. (All Disney Resort pools are heated to 82 degrees.) At the Beach Club you'll find the Stormalong Bay swimming complex, which is like a mini water park with various sections and effects. Many Guests feel this is the best pool on Walt Disney World property. I'm sure your son would love the separate wading pool area with a sand bottom!

I hope this information helps in choosing your resort, Julie! Please feel free to send me additional questions as you plan your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
