    Hello, I’ve read a lot of responses that say the coffee makers at Port Orleans Riverside use coffee filter pods, what exactly does that mean? Will standard K-cups work or is it a specific style or brand of pod? Thanks!

    Welcome back to planDisney, Lindsey! I'm so happy to know you will be starting the new year with a vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question.

    Disney's Port Orleans- Riverside Resort is one of my family's favorite places to stay. The magnolia trees at this property are so lush and provide so much shade when you're out exploring or walking to one of the five pools at this New Orleans themed Resort. It is also pet friendly!

    You will have a pod-style, Cuisinart one cup coffee maker, with Joffrey’s brand coffee, in your room. These coffee pods do not come in a plastic cup like k cups. They are round and the coffee comes in a packet with a coffee filter material. You will find plenty of them in your room and there will also be creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes and disposable coffee cups available for your convenience.
