I’m sorry that you need to reschedule your holiday, but no worries! You can
modify your reservation even if you have completed online check-in. For your reference, the following modification terms apply:
For a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you can cancel or modify 30 or more days before check-in with no penalty. For 30-2 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit. However, you can modify the reservation for a fee, which will depend on the price of the new reservation. Within two days before check-in, your cancellation will result in a forfeit of the entire package price. For any of these circumstances, my advice, and the recommendation of a Reservations Cast Member I spoke with, is to
call and speak with a Disney Resort Hotels Reservation team member.
For
room-only reservations, you should be able to cancel by signing into your Disney Account and navigating to My Reservations. If your reservation can be canceled online, you will see a link to “Cancel Reservation.” If you do not see that link, you will need to cancel by
calling the Disney Reservation Center for assistance. Cancellations of room-only reservations within five days of arrival may incur a cancellation fee, so keep that in mind.
Alexandru, since your current arrival date is early January, I encourage you to modify your reservation soon. Not only will this help to save you from any extra fees, but it will also help ensure you can select the
Disney Resorts Collection hotel of your dreams!
