Hello I’m coming to Disneyworld in September. I’m not staying on Disney accommodation unfortunately. I’m staying outside the bubble. But have my 14 day tickets. We would like to book key to the kingdom tour. When am I able to book this please?

Hi Rebecca, and welcome to planDisney! 14 days at the Most Magical Place on Earth sounds absolutely amazing. And it’ll be the perfect time to take a deep dive into Magic Kingdom’s history and learn how Cast Members run this special place on a daily basis! Now, let’s talk about how you can secure a spot on Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour.

All guests can book Enchanting Extras 60 days ahead. The easiest way for U.K. guests to make these reservations is through the Chat With Us feature in the My Disney Experience app. Go to ≡ in the lower right corner and scroll down to Chat With Us under Help & Feedback.

Since the Keys to the Kingdom Tour is so popular, I recommend going into the chat as soon as it opens on your booking day, which is at 6:00 A.M. Eastern Time (11:00 A.M. U.K. time) in the app. Don’t be late for this very important date!

September is an extra fun time to visit Disney World because there are a couple of special events going on. In Magic Kingdom, Main Street, U.S.A. will be decorated in BOO-tiful pumpkins for spooky season! And the specially-ticketed event, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, will be happening on select nights for some late-night fun. The party entertainment, like the exclusive parade and fireworks, is not to be missed!

And over in EPCOT, the International Food & Wine Festival will be underway during regular park hours. I love to leisurely stroll around the park and try all the delicious small plates at the different Global Marketplaces. There’s also an Eat to the Beat Concert Series included in park admission. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as they release more details in the coming months. In the meantime, you can take a look at last year’s Foodie Guide to start getting excited!

Safe travels to Disney World in September, and I hope you have the most magical holiday. If you have any other questions, you’re always welcome here at planDisney!
