    Hello, If I have already sailed on the Disney Adventure once, will that count toward my Castaway Club membership when I book a future sailing on the Disney Believe? will my membership status and sailing history be recognized and accumulated?

    Hello, Shih Ya. Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm glad you sailed to us with your question. 

    I have great news! As you have completed a sailing with Disney Cruise Line, you are now a part of the Castaway Club. Yes, your sailing history will be recognized, and you are now a Silver member of the Castaway Club. This means that you can enjoy the following benefits:

    • Book new itineraries at least one day before the general public
    • Reserve cruise activities 90 days before your sailing date
    • Select port arrival time and complete online check-in 33 days prior to sailing
    • Exclusive cruise terminal check-in where available
    • Castaway Club Member exclusive phone number and member communications
    • A gift in your stateroom to welcome you aboard
    To check your Castaway Member status, simply sign in to the Disney Cruise Line website and navigate to the "Castaway Club" link listed under the "Already Booked" tab. If for any reason you do not see your previous sailing aboard the Disney Adventure listed, please contact Disney Cruise Line for assistance. 

    I'm so excited about Disney Believe and can't wait to hear more about it. We might know more after D23 this August, and I look forward to booking a sailing on this ship!
