    Hello, I am a veteran of the Air Force. I spent 8 years in the military. Do the military discounts apply to veterans, or only active duty and retirees?

    Hi Ted!

    I completely understand wanting to be able to take advantage of the special pricing available to members of the U.S. Military on select Walt Disney World Resort Hotel rooms and Theme Park Tickets!  Unfortunately, these discounts are only available to "Eligible Service Members," who are defined as active or retired members of the U.S. Military, and their spouses.  That being said, there are still some great special offers for guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort that you can check out, including incredible deals for rooms and packages this summer!  

    Make sure you also check out the Magic Your Way Vacation Packages!  These packages can include your stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, Theme Park Tickets, and one of the Disney Dining Plans.  They also come with Magical Extras like dining and entertainment discounts, and even mini-golf vouchers!  Also, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about exciting discounts and new special offers!
