Hello! I have an upcoming reservation and was interested in knowing if Disney is offering any incentives for declining housekeeping during my stay.

    Hiya Cheri!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, where we love helping Guests like you experience the most magical Disney vacation possible. I am so glad that you decided to stop by with a question about “Mousekeeping” in the Disney Resorts Collection. It would be my pleasure to offer you some guidance on the new housekeeping offerings during your stay.

You can enjoy peace of mind when staying at Disney Resort hotel, knowing that your room has been thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. During your stay, your room will receive a light cleaning service every other day. This every other day service will include the removal of trash and used towels, replenishment of towels and amenities throughout the room and bathroom, wiping and cleaning of the vanity and counters, and vacuuming as needed. While you can decline the every other day service during your stay, there are no longer any incentives offered for declining.

I hope you have an unforgettable stay and a magical vacation in Walt Disney World next month! Please stop back by planDisney any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
