Welcome back aboard! You are planning my dream vacation, back-to-back sailings on the
Disney Fantasy. I've sailed back-to-back once, and it was the best feeling being able to come back to an empty ship to start all over! And I love all the ships I've sailed on, but the Disney Fantasy holds a special place in my heart, so I'm excited you'll get two magical voyages on her in September.
Tommy, if you have an onboard credit balance after your first cruise, it will go back on the original form of payment, as there is no rollover option. If you are keeping up with your account in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app on the first sailing and see that you still have a credit, you can ask at Guest Services if they will put it on a Disney Gift Card before they close out your account. Once you are back on board, you can stop by
Guest Services to have it applied to your stateroom account for the second cruise.
The day before your first cruise ends, you'll receive information in your stateroom on what to expect the following morning. I hope the transition is seamless and you are back on board before you know it. It's a great time to relax on the pool deck or get in a nap after an early morning, so you can enjoy some of the offerings in Europa later that day. You'll always find me in The Tube enjoying what the cruise staff has planned for the nightly entertainment!
