hello, I am trying to plan a vacation to disneyworld and I am a member of disney movie rewards so if I get so many points I can get a private meet and greet with any character. My questions is are there any other moms who have done this???

    Hi Lindsey,

I hope you are having a great time planning your family's Disney World trip. We love planning the trips almost as much as the trip itself.

While I have not had the opportunity to do a private character meet and greet from Disney Movie reward points, we have taken part in, what I would assume, is a very similar experience through my Disney Rewards Visa.

We were able to meet with Mickey, Minnie and Goofy is a specific and private location at Epcot. We signed up for the time in advance and had a minimal wait on that specific day. The kids were able to get autographs and take individual photos as well as a group shot. Our rewards points gave us one photo with the reward points, and we were able to purchase additional photos if we wanted.

It was a great timeĀ and much easier in a controlled location where I did not have to worry about my boys wandering into other family's photos or long wait times with crabby kids. Personally anytime you can take advantage of small settings like this it is a great opportunity and I would not pass it up.

Hope you have a great time
