Hello, I have a trip booked in August 2018 and in August 2019. Both trips show in my reservations. For the 2018 trip I have park hopper and the 2019 trip regular single day passes. When we go, will the system know to use the 2018 passes? I am worried.

    Hi Thomas!

I completely understand wanting your Walt Disney World Resort vacation to be perfectly magical, and that also means making sure that everything goes smoothly and as planned!  That being said, to make sure you don't waste any tickets or time during your vacations, you will want to make sure to prioritize your tickets so that the tickets you would like to use first will be the ones that are actually used first!

If you would like to prioritize your tickets over the phone before you arrive, you can contact the Internet Help Desk Team at 407-939-7765.  They should be able to make sure that the tickets are used in the order in which you want them to be used!

If you would like to wait until you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, you can also stop by any Guest Relations location, and the Cast Members there will be able to assist you with correctly prioritizing your tickets!  I recommend either doing this the night before you plan to visit a park, or arriving at the park a little early to make sure you don't miss any of the magic!  Although I have never had to wait very long to be helped by a Guest Relations Cast Member, you never know when there may be other Guests in need of assistance!

Even if you do not have the chance to do either of these before you enter the park, you are not completely out of luck!  There are usually Guest Relations Cast Members with tablets near the turnstiles at each of the park entrances.  These Cast Members should be able to see if the correct ticket was used when you entered the park.  If the incorrect ticket was used, they will either be able to fix it there, or will direct you to another Cast Member who can!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
