    Hello I will be staying at the Animal Kingdom Resort and would like to request a specific room location - how do I do this? Thank You

    Hi Jill,

    Ooh...I'm so excited for you! Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my very favorite Resort hotels and you're going to absolutely LOVE your stay there! With gorgeous artwork, fun music, lots of cultural experiences and activities, spectacular pools, plus incredible wildlife right outside the Resort hotel, you're going to feel like you're actually in Africa! Be sure to ask for a recreation calendar when you check in and enjoy everything the Resort has to offer!

    To make a room request, I'd usually tell you to do that via online check-in, however, the online check-in system is currently undergoing some enhancements. While you're still able to complete your check-in online, the room request feature may not be available. If it's not, I suggest calling a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936 and they'll be happy to note any requests that you may have. If you have more than one request, I'd suggest letting them know which one is most important to you, and do note that while the Cast Members will do their best to match you with the room of your dreams, room requests are not guaranteed.
