    Hello, I just stayed at the Riviera and did not receive an email with any itemized purchases from my magic band. There are also resort charges I do not think I charged. How do I get more information on this?

    I sincerely hope that you enjoyed your visit to the charming Mediterranean at Disney's Riviera Resort! I just love the elegant feel and the beautiful decor, but most of all I love the Disney Skyliner

    As much as I love Disney's Riviera Resort, I can imagine how not receiving your itemized bill may take a little spring out of your step. 

    What you will want to do is to contact Guest Services at (407) 939-6104. They will be able to provide you with an itemized list of all charges during your stay. I have also heard that some people have had success with emailing guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com to receive their bill, but the response here is less instantaneous than calling. 

    I hope that you get some resolution and we look forward to seeing you back here when you plan your next magical vacation!
