Rochelle, I am elated to hear you’re renewing your
Annual Pass. As you may know, new sales of Annual Passes are currently paused. Although new
Disney Pixie Dust Pass sales remain available, it is for Florida residents only. As a fellow non-Florida resident, I have been renewing my own Annual Pass every year a bit earlier than its expiry date. To me, it’s worth more than any treasure Captain Hook could be after.
That being said, let’s try and help you renew your Annual Pass, Rochelle! When you head to the renewal screen, you should see each party member and their Annual Passes. You should then see a drop-down next to them that says Incredi-Pass. Once you select that, you will see the Renew Later option. This will allow you to renew yours while they ponder a bit more about theirs.
If this still doesn’t work, please don’t hesitate to
call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at the Annual Passholders line. They should be able to look into your account and help you renew yours.
