    Hello, I received complimentary passes from a family member. They don't have a ticket ID. How do I make a reservation to a park with them?

    I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a trip to visit Walt Disney World Resort. Oh boy! To me, planning for my magical vacation is almost as much fun as being ON my vacation! I'm happy to help you take the next right steps to link your tickets so you can keep on planning. As my pal Anna says, let's "do the next right thing!"

    Cathy, most tickets have a Ticket ID that allows a Guest to link their theme park tickets to their My Disney Experience account. Take a look at the example tickets listed on the Link Theme Park Tickets or Passes page to see where this ID can be found! However, if tickets were purchased prior to 2010, you'll want to call a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 for help in linking these tickets. 

    If you compare your tickets to the images listed and still can't find the Ticket ID, calling a Cast Member will be your next best step! Cast Members are kind of like real-life fairy godparents, always willing to sprinkle a little pixie dust on a situation. They will be able to clarify what kind of tickets you hold and how to properly use them! If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can sometimes be in high demand. 

    Once you're able to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you'll want to make sure that you make theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system! This way, you know you'll be able to visit the parks on each day of your trip. Before you arrive, I'd also recommend taking some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app! A little like holding a magic wand in your hand, this will help you to unlock everything that The Most Magical Place on Earth has to offer. I think you'll love the ability to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and mobile order food. My husband and I enjoy mobile ordering a meal or snack, then hopping on a quick ride - that way we know our food will be ready and waiting for us!
