I know that it can be frustrating when our electronic devices don’t cooperate with us. If you’re trying to link your theme park tickets to your
Disneyland Mobile App, try updating your app first. Once you’ve done so, try the process again. It has helped me a bunch over the years to update my apps!
To link your tickets, open the app and tap on the bottom left tab with the home icon. Tap on “My Tickets” then tap on “Link Tickets & Passes” and put in the confirmation numbers. It should be smooth sailing!

Once you’ve linked your tickets, don’t forget to make your
theme park reservation. Then you will be good to go!
