    Hello, I purchased my tickets on-line and received a QR code. When I go to link the tickets and scan the QR code or enter the confirmation number, it says it is unable to find the reservation. Thank you.

    Welcome to planDisney, Monserrath! I’m happy to see that you’re planning to visit the Disneyland Resort at the end of September! Thanks for stopping in with your question.

    I know that it can be frustrating when our electronic devices don’t cooperate with us. If you’re trying to link your theme park tickets to your Disneyland Mobile App, try updating your app first. Once you’ve done so, try the process again. It has helped me a bunch over the years to update my apps!

    To link your tickets, open the app and tap on the bottom left tab with the home icon. Tap on “My Tickets” then tap on “Link Tickets & Passes” and put in the confirmation numbers. It should be smooth sailing!

    If you have any issues, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member will be happy to help you. 

    Once you’ve linked your tickets, don’t forget to make your theme park reservation. Then you will be good to go!
