I'd be happy to offer a few solutions so you can get everything all squared away and get back to dreaming about all of the magic and fun you'll enjoy during your visit.
First, I know it sounds simple, but I'd try using a different internet browser, including one in private mode, or even restarting your computer to access the
theme park reservations page. If that doesn't seem to work, you can try using the handy dandy
Disneyland mobile app as well. Simply open the app, click the plus sign at the bottom center of the screen, and select "Make a Park Reservation." I'm hoping it's just a brief technical blip, and that you're able to get your
theme park reservations made soon, but if you continue having trouble, please don't hesitate to reach out to a friendly Cast Member. You can
call,
email, or chat via the app. With so many Guests
Returning to a Land of Magic, wait times can be longer than normal right now, but you can either put your phone on speaker and whistle along with the magical music while you work or try calling later in the evening, which seems to be less popular.
