Hello, I am planning my family's first ever Disney World trip. My son will be 7. I also have a daughter, she is 3. She is an all out princess fan! We will be in Disney for Christmas. Can you please help me with what to see and where to eat? I need help!

Hey Amanda!  There is nothing like getting ready for that first ever trip to WDW.  First of all your children are great ages to take to all of the parks, and Christmas time - it's absolutely beautiful during the holidays.
Okay here are a few recommendations.  Of course, I'm going to recommend MK as the first park of choice.  Here your little princess will be able to meet many of her favorite princesses.  Check out Toontown under the big tent to meet many of them.  Your son will probably enjoy racing cars in Tomorrowland and sailing with the Pirates at Pirates of the Caribbean.  My personal second favorite park is DHS.  Once again your daughter will enjoy the Voyage of the Little Mermaid attraction and if your son loves cars and action, don't miss Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show.  At Epcot, Turtle Talk with Crush is great fun and taking a spin on Test Track is a ride your son will not want to miss.  At AK there is Dinosaur for your son, and they both will love seeing all of the animals on the Kilimanjaro Safari.
I wish I could give you a complete list of everything, but unfortunately I only have so much space on here, but lets get to dining.  If possible I would highly recommend a character dining experience, Chef Mickey or CP at MK would be two great ones for your children's ages.  Also breakfast at Hollywood and Vine is fun.  Here your little ones can dine with characters from Little Einstein, as well as JoJo and Goliath.  Other great places to eat with the little ones include Ohana, Akershus at Epcot, 50's Prime Time Cafe at DHS and Tusker House at AK.
I certainly hope this helps to get you started and if you have any further questions, I hope you will come back to the Mom's Panel.
