Welcome, Rachel!
My family and I love the
Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue! Each time we've attended, we've laughed, cried (tears of joy and more laughter, of course), and clapped along with the hilarious cast of characters that entertain and engage the entire audience. The last time we enjoyed this experience, I was chosen to go up on stage and participate, in full costume. I won't ruin the fun surprises by explaining who I played, but it was so funny, my kids still laugh about it when we bring it up months later! I hope someone in your party is pulled up on stage too, because it certainly makes the night even more memorable!
The easiest way to get from
Magic Kingdom to the Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue is to head out of the park and follow the signs to the boat dock marked "Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground". This boat will take you straight to the Settlement Area, and then it's a quick walk from the dock to Pioneer Hall for your musical evening. The boat ride takes about 20 minutes, but you'll want to plan to arrive early to check in for dinner, so leave an hour to get there just in case. My family has the unfortunate habit of turning up for our transportation right as it's pulling away and then having to wait for the next
boat or bus to show up. I don't know how that happens to us so often! Bad timing on our part! But, the good news is we always leave plenty of extra time to make our way between parks and resorts, so we haven't missed anything yet!
Have so much fun as this knee-slappin' night of fun, Rachel!
