Hello, I would like to know if I would buy an annual pass today but not go to the parks till November when would be my expiration date February of 2020 or November of 2020? Thanks! Steve

    Hi Steven!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. There are so many wondEARful benefits to being an Annual Passholder to Walt Disney World Resort and I actually plan on upgrading a ticket I had already purchased on my upcoming trip later this month!

For Annual Passes, the expiration date is set from the date the Annual Pass is activated. If you purchase an Annual Pass online today, you'll need to activate it when you visit Walt Disney World Resort. To do this, you'll need to visit any theme park ticket window or Guest Relations window with a valid photo ID. You'll want to do this when you arrive in November, and whichever date you do that your Annual Pass expiration will be the day prior for the following year. Example, if you activate your Annual Pass on November 16, 2019, it will expire on November 15, 2020 regardless of when it was initially purchased.

I hope this helps in planning your visit this fall! Please come back and let us know if you have any other questions.
