Hello! I am going to Epcot with friends next week and was wondering if it was possible to have an uber/lyft drop us off at Disney Beach Club Resort, Boardwalk Resort, or somewhere else so that we are able to enter from the International Gate? Thank you!

    Heigh-Ho Marlee,

I hope you are getting excited about your upcoming visit to Epcot. This has always been my favorite park and as it evolves and brings new entertainment, attractions and updated events, in the coming yEAR, it is sure to become a favorite for many more Guests.

I am a fan of rideshare and actually utilize it quite frequently when visiting Walt Disney World. My advice to you is to have your rideshare drop you at Disney's Hollywood Studios and then soar over to Epcot's International Gateway via the Disney Skyliner. The reason is upon arrival to the front gate entrance, of any of the Walt Disney World Resorts, you are asked your reason for visiting and unless you have a Resort, Dining or Activity Reservation you are not guaranteed entrance. But a little birdie has told me you have a better chance of taking rideshare to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel and being dropped off. And when it comes time to head home after your magical adventure then you have multiple options for a pick-up location such as Epcot's front entrance, Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort and Disney's Boardwalk Resort.

If I can help any further with your upcoming visit feel free to reach out and be sure to check out Epcot's new nighttime show Harmonious. I mean, WOW!!!!  It is not to be missed and I suggest staking out a spot along Showcase Plaza, near the Port of Entry shop, for an amazing view as well as Italy. These two locations are showstopper locations.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.
