Hello, I was curious if Halloween night trick or treating is part of ONLY the sailings that take place during the actual October 31st or if it's part of other October sailings as well?

Ahoy, Kevin, and welcome to planDisney! Frightfully sweet treats, spellbinding entertainment, boo-tiful decor – it's all part of what makes a Halloween-themed Disney cruise so memorable!

You'll want to look into a Halloween on the High Seas cruise, which departs as early as September for some ships. Trick-or-treating is typically offered as part of these themed sailings. Check out your options using the "Find a Cruise" tool on the Disney Cruise Line website. Click on "More Filters" and then select "Halloween on the High Seas" to see all of the scheduled sailings offering an extra spirited experience!

There's usually a Halloween-themed night during these sailings with special entertainment and activities. This is also typically when Guests can enjoy trick-or-treating onboard. Just note that the way treats are handed out, as well as the entertainment, may differ by ship and itinerary.

Make sure you have the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app on your phone. Once you board the ship, connect to the Wi-Fi to see the schedules and activities for your specific sailing. You just might find a number of fun, seasonally inspired activities, including spooky storytelling, pumpkin carving, meet-and-greets with Disney Characters in costumes, and more! Of course, this is where you can also confirm when trick-or-treating may occur.

The fun doesn't stop there, because you can also look forward to Pirate Night, a beloved tradition offered on most Disney cruise itineraries. Picture a themed dinner menu, Guests dressed in pirate costumes, activities, entertainment, and more. And that's on top of all the other things you can enjoy on the ship, including Broadway-style shows, trivia, sit-down dinners, and more.

Kevin, if you think of any other questions about celebrating the spooky season while sailing the high seas, please reach out. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!
