    Hello, I have 2 2019 complimentary tickets that got expired on 6/7/2021. I’m asking if you could do me a huge favor and let us use them for this July?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing us a question about your theme park tickets' expiration date!

    During the recent closure due to COVID-19, many Guests were unable to use their theme park tickets and all Disneyland Resort dreams had to be put on hold. Once The Happiest Place on Earth reopened again, Disney automagically extended many expiration dates. You can scroll to the bottom of the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page for details about updated expiration dates. Because your theme park tickets were complimentary, though, no specific updates are given about your expiration date. Hakuna Matata...no worries! I have a couple of suggestions for you. You could either try to link the tickets to your Disneyland mobile app to see if it shows an expiration date there or you could reach out to a friendly Cast Member at (714) 781-4636 for assistance with your specific tickets. Wait times are longer than normal right now with so many Guests excited about Returning to a Land of Magic, but if you can call in the evening, wait times have been a bit shorter then. A Cast Member will be able to see if your expiration date has been extended and answer any questions you may have about your tickets.
