Heigh-Ho Paula,
Welcome to planDisney, I am happy to help with your curiouser and curiouser inquiry. Located outside of all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks are the Guest Relation/Ticket Counters. While the Cast Members, at these locations, can not hold their Disney MagicBands they can assign a Key to the World Card to each Guest. These hard copy tickets are used the same way as Disney MagicBands and are adorned with either Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald Duck or Daisy Duck decked out in their 50th Anniversary gEAR. Key To The World Cards can be used for the entirety of their trip or until you are able to give them their Disney MagicBands. Make sure they have access to their ticket information, via the
My Disney Experience app, so a Cast Member can easily reference the information and send them on their magical way.
Another option, and one that will not require them to stop by the Guest Relations/Ticket Counter, is creating a digital pass via the
Disney MagicMobile service through their My Disney Experience mobile app. Guests with eligible iPhones, Apple Watch or Google Pay enabled Android phones can design and create a digital pass to be stored on their device. Guests can share the digital pass with others in their party if they have similar devices, more specifically those with Apple devices. And if they put their Apple device in Express Mode, they will not need to open their digital wallet every time to find their tickets. Simple scan your pass at the touch point, tap your finger and off they go.
Both options are easy ways for your Guests to gain access to their tickets. I hope I have helped and thank you for visiting us at planDisney may your upcoming visit be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
