Hi there, Jamina!
I always like to say the only thing better than planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is being on one! I hope, like me, you find that planning the vacation makes you feel closer to the magic. So whether you’re deciding which
dining reservations you’ll be making or which characters you’ll be meeting on your vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth, your pals at planDisney are here to help you along the way!
Jamina, my rule when booking our vacation, whether a Walt Disney World Resort
Vacation Package, which includes theme park tickets and a Disney Resort hotel room, or just a
Disney Resort hotel room-only reservation, is always to book it as soon as your dates become available. By doing this, you’ve snagged the room type you need, which is always subject to availability. And as new
special offers are released, if your vacation is eligible, you should be able to apply the offer to your existing booking! Isn’t that awesome?
If you do see a new offer that you’re interested in, you may be able to apply it to your current reservation through your
My Disney Experience account. To do so, please follow these steps:
-Visit the
Walt Disney World Resort website.
-Hover over the
My Disney Experience logo on the top right.
-Select the
My Plans option from the drop-down menu.
-Locate your reservation and choose the
Modify Reservation link.
Here, you should be able to modify your reservation to apply any special offers. If you do not see the link or the offer, please don’t hesitate to call and speak to a friendly Cast Member at
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, and they’ll be happy to look into your reservation to help you further.
You’re going to LOVE
staying in the magic, Jamina. Each Disney Resort hotel tells a magical story with unique theming and, of course, legendary service. Recently, my family stayed at
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge; with
so much to do there, we opted for an extra Resort hotel day and not go into the park! Between delectable dining options, activities like swimming and Jambo House Campfire, and of course, animal-watching, we had the most magical time!
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Jamina!
