    Hello, Can I use other form of documents for proof of California residency if I don’t have an ID to show the address?

    Welcome to planDisney! I often wish that I lived closer to the parks so that I could visit them more often. I hope you'll be able to live that dream!

    For promotional resident tickets and the Imagine Key pass, guests are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID that has an address within the relevant ZIP codes. There is no accepted alternate way to prove residency at this time. I'm sorry! If you have recently moved then I recommend that you plan to update your ID soon so that you can take advantage of these opportunities. The current promotional ticket offer for residents is valid until June 2, 2024, so hopefully that gives you some time to update your ID!  

    There is a great special offer for child tickets right now that is open to all guests ages 3 to 9! It's an amazing deal, so if there are kids in your life I highly recommend taking advantage of this offer before it ends on March 10, 2024.  

    I'm so sorry that I didn't have better news for you, Vy. I hope you'll be able to get your ID updated so that you can enjoy all the magic as a California resident!
