Can I use a bank statement as proof of residency?

Hi Dulce! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

The current SoCal Special Ticket Offer and the Imagine Key are eligible for Guests living in select ZIP Codes. These types of tickets require Guests to be able to present a government-issued photo ID proving their residency. A bank statement won't meet the current terms of sale and use for proving residency, unfortunately. I'm sorry if that's disappointing. All the more reason to update your ID if you don't have one that reflects your current residence, so you can enjoy the great value these tickets and passes offer Guests in eligible ZIP Codes going forward. I certainly wish I could take advantage of them! But that's not an option for me out here in the Midwest.

If these SoCal-specific offers aren't the right ones for you, there are other deals available. Check the Offers & Discounts page to see what available discount is the right fit for your needs, so you can ensure your next visit is right around the corner. My family plans on taking advantage of the Kids' Special Ticket Offer, which is a fantastic value for families visiting with kids. Prices and terms are subject to change.

You can also explore the other Magic Keys, which don't require residency in specific ZIP Codes if your ID does not establish eligible residency. They all offer benefits and perks, including discounts, which offer Guests great value. I really appreciate the dining discount that comes with my Magic Key. We love to dine in the parks, so it's a real value to us during our visits.

    Have a magical day.
