Hello, As I was purchasing my vacation the disney agent, told me I could use my refillable mugs inside the parks. Is this true? I have been under the impression that refillable mugs can only be used at resorts.

Hi, Felicia!  The Refillable Resort Mugs are only able to be refilled at the resort for the length of your stay.  There isn't anyplace inside any of the theme parks where you are able to refill the mugs.

You are welcome to bring your mugs into the theme parks, and I have seen many guests grab a drink right before they leave their resort for the theme park, so they go to the theme park with a full mug.  You can then use the mug to get full cups of water from the water coolers throughout the theme parks.

I hope your Walt Disney World vacation is a magical one!
