    Hello, Arrive on Feb. 5 at 9:10 a.m. Staying at the All Star Sports Hotel. Our room may not be ready. Can we leave luggage with the hotel staff? Also need to change into cooler clothing since we are coming from Phila. Is there somewhere to change?

    Hi Bernadine!  Your vacation is just a few short days away!   I bet you are ready to leave the snow behind, and see some warm Florida sunshine!      

    When you arrive proceed to the check-in desk located inside of Stadium Hall.   If your room is not quite ready,  you are more than welcome to change inside of the restrooms in the lobby , then proceed to leave your items with Bell Services . Play in the park, have a yummy meal, or visit Downtown Disney until your resort room is ready.  You can opt to have Disney send you a text via your cellular phone with your room number.   Once inside your guest room simply touch the Bell Services button on your in-room telephone and your luggage will be delivered to you shortly thereafter.
