Helllo, my finance wants to come from Mexico and stay for a few months . We would like to buy the magic key pass but is he eligible to buy a pass with his visa ? He has no proof of address from Souther California but he will be staying at my house.

Hi Laura! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

The Imagine Key is only for Guests who reside in select ZIP Codes. To enter the parks with an Imagine Key, Guests must present a government-issued valid ID that proves permanent residence in one of those ZIP Codes. It sounds like your fiancé doesn't qualify, unfortunately.

While it would be nice for your fiancé to have a Magic Key while he is staying with you, he would need to select a Magic Key not restricted by residence, so long as they are still available for purchase. Magic Keys are popular and there is a chance they will sell out. The wait might also be long. When you enter the waiting room to purchase, don't close your browser or tab. I don't want you to lose your spot in line!

Please read through all the details for the different Magic Keys. They have different terms and benefits, including blockout days, which you'll want to be aware of before committing to purchase. But they all have great discounts, special perks, and more access for a year to the Happiest Place on Earth. Prices and terms are subject to change.

I hope your fiancé can find and purchase the perfect Magic Key for his needs.

    Good luck!
