Hi! Are there height requirements on many rides? My 3 year old is about 3.5 ft tall..we also have another on the way who will be about 3-4 months at the time of our trip. Are there any rides we can go on as a family such as the slow Small world or pirates?

    Jennifer,

The general rule is that you and your family can ride on ANY ride, with the exception of those with height restrictions. With babies you will be required to hold them, and you may want to check with a cast member if you are concerned about holding on securely, but for the most shows and attractions you should be OK.

    Some of the rides that ARE height restricted include;

Must be 35 inches to ride
    The Barnstormer

Must be 38 inches to ride
    Kali River Rapids

Must be 40 inches to ride
    Splash Mountain
    Big Thunder Mountain
    Stitch's Great Escape!
    Test Track
    Soarin'
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
    Star Tours
    DINOSAUR

Must be 44 inches to ride
    Space Mountain
    Mission: SPACE
    Expedition Everest

Must be 48 inches to ride
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
    Primeval Whirl

With the Tomorrowland Speedway you have to be 54 inches tall to ride alone, but can go with a parent.

As for your specific questions, both of those rides are fine, though there is a brief dip at the start of the Pirates attraction. I can't stress enough that if you are going on a moving car, and will be holding your baby, ask a cast member before you board.

    Have a magical vacation!
