What is the height to be allowed to get on the majority of the rides for all 4 parks?!

    chEARs Lyndsey!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My twins are the youngest in our family, and just about to turn five. We have been navigating the world of “how tall do you need to be?” for quite a while now, and are almost (!) to the point where this won’t be a constant question! But no worries, there is a treasure trove of fantastic experiences for all heights to enjoy!

So, most of the attractions at Walt Disney World don’t have height requirements and indeed are practically perfect for every age! My kiddos love all of the attractions in Magic Kingdom Park. We always take a spin on Peter Pan’s Flight, and never miss swimming under the sea. My twins insist on blasting to infinity and beyond at Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, and singing “yo ho, yo ho” on Pirates of the Caribbean! A few rides like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Splash Mountain require you to be 40 inches or taller, and Space Mountain is 44 inches.

To Soar Around the World in Epcot, everyone needs to be taller than 40 inches. The same thing applies to Test Track. No height requirement for Frozen Ever After, or our favorite, the hidden gem of Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros. But, since you will be visiting during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, I hope you spend the majority of your time eating and drinking around the ‘World!

Heading over to Animal Kingdom Park, to chase a Yeti or fly on the back of a Banshee, you need to be 44 inches or taller. To run from a DINOSAUR, you need to be 40 inches. All of the other current attractions have no height requirement. Make sure to climb in the back of a safari vehicle to meet my favorite Cast Members!,

When you play BIG at Toy Story Land, everyone needs to be at least 38 inches for Slinky Dog Dash, and Alien Swirling Saucers is so.much.fun for all ages and sizes (greater than 32 inches)! To visit the Hollywood Tower or explore the galaxy, you have to be 40 inches. If you want to join Aerosmith’s afterparty, you must be four feet, and to take flight on the Millennium Falcon, Guests must be 38 inches.

Lindsey, I know you all will have a fantastic time. May the Force be with you!
