Hi Heather, Thanks for your last response! One more question, we are going to WDW in Sept. 2008. What is the best moderate resort for my 3 boys ages 7, 6, and 20 months? Thanks!

    Kimberly,

Our favorite is Caribbean Beach.  However, the main themed pool there is being refurbished and is closed until September 15, 2008.  If you are visiting after that time then go for it.  If you'll be there in early December I think I'd choose another resort.  The main pools are really much nicer than the other quiet pools, and I think you'd miss having the themeing, waterslide, kiddie pool, etc.

My second choice would probably be Coronado Springs, because of the pool area.  The Dig Site, as the area is called, has sand volleyball, a playground, kiddie pool, themed pool with a waterslide, hot tub, etc.  The waterslide there is in my opinion the best of all moderate resorts.  You may have seen pictures of the huge pyramid there as well, with a waterfall running down it.  You can actually sit at the bottom of this pyramid, which was fun for the girls and made for a great photo op.

The only caveat is that these are both very large resorts.  We've never been bothered by that, and in fact staying on the far side of these resorts actually feels more quiet and secluded to us.  If you don't want to walk, be sure to request a preferred location.  Alternatively you could consider Port Orleans - French Quarter, as it's the smallest of the four moderate resorts.

Honestly though, all four are very nice and I don't think you'll be disappointed with any of them.

    Have a great trip!
