Hi, Heather...we're on the deluxe dining plan at the Polynesian Resort 2/28 to 3/3. Do the restaurants have signs as to whether or not they are on the plan, or do I have to carry a list around?

Restaurants will have indicators on the menu to show that they participate in the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) .

If you visit the dining plan listing here you can see a complete list of participating eateries.  There are more than 100, so honestly you won't find many locations that aren't on the list.  On this page you can also see what the DDP logo looks like.  There is a slightly different 4-square emblem for each type of dining experience.  Snacks, quick service, table service, and signature (2 credit) meals.  If you are familiar with each of these logos you can easily spot what food choices will suit your needs.

If you plan to eat table-service meals (which are definitely your best value on the dining plan), I strongly recommend that you call 407-WDW-DINE as soon as possible to make advance reservations.

    Have a great trip!
