Are heat tools aloud like a flat iron?

    Hiya Rosa,

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us!

Planning what to bring on a visit to the Disneyland Resort is one of my favorite parts of visits! I need to plan my outfit, Minnie ears, Loungefly backpack, and accessories accordingly, and since I don’t have a Fairy Godmother for makeovers, I need to plan it all myself. This includes bringing hair tools on my visits!

Rooms in Disneyland Resort Hotels have hair dryers in the rooms. They also include many of the other basic toiletries (such as lotion, soap, and shampoo) as well as outlets next to the sinks for use when getting ready for a day in the parks. The counter space and outlets will provide plenty of space for getting ready for a magical day in the parks!

As far as permitted items go, there does not seem to be a mention of whether hair tools are allowed in the parks. However, the tricky part would be finding outlets to plug in hair tools for use. I would not recommend bringing hair tools into the parks, as security may confiscate them at the checkpoint and may even deny entry into the parks. If you need a touch-up during the day, the best bet is to go back to your hotel room, freshen up, and come right back to the parks!

If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
