Ahoy, Peggy!
It is wonderful to
hEAR from you again! You must be so excited to embark on your journey with Disney Cruise Line next month! It won't be long before you are soaking in loads of vitamin "sea" aboard the beautiful
Disney Fantasy.
Peggy, I completely understand wanting to have your heating pad onboard to help with your pain. I reached out to Disney Cruise Line and was told these do remain on the
prohibited items list for safety reasons. I do have a couple of suggestions on some alternatives that you could look into before you set sail-ThermaCare HeatWraps and hand and feet warmers. Also, you may want to consider a length of cruise pass to the Rainforest Room at the
Senses Spa & Salon. With this pass, you'll be able to come and go as often as you like during the spa's operating hours. I've relaxed on the heated tiled loungers before, and they are heavenly! There are also two jacuzzis that you can enjoy in this space, along with the tropical showers and saunas. I recommend visiting Senses Spa & Salon on embarkation afternoon to purchase your length of cruise pass as a limited number is sold each sailing.
Thank you for continuing to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Peggy! If you need any further help, please let us know.
Have a magical time!
Nancy
