    I heard that those who are vacationing in the World through February 22nd can now make all of their dining reservations. I thought advanced reservations(other than CRT,Chef M. and V and Al's)were closed for those in Feb. until late Oct. Can anyone confirm?

    You heard correct.   Disney Dining (407-WDW-DINE) recently extended the dining reservation period out to February 22, 2009.

    As you mention, reservations for Chef Mickey, Cinderella's Royal Table and Victoria & Alberts can still be made 180 days in advance.
