HI Sherryl Starting at the end of October, some Disney restaurants will require a credit card number to guarantee a reservation, and will be charged a $10 fee per person if cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance of the reservation time. They have made it easy to cancel (simply call 407 WDW-CNCL), and this should free up more tables for other guests. No charges will be made for existing reservations that were made without a credit card hold, however, it is still expected that guests call to cancel if they are not going to make it.
