I have heard of a "system" where people have someone send our family a post card from a "character" while they are at Disney before our trip - then we reciporocate for someone else while we are there. Any ideas

    Hi Bill,

I've heard of this too and it sounds such a sweet idea. On some of the unofficial Disney discussion boards you'll find threads called the Fairy Godmother Mailing List, or something similar. As you say you give your details to someone who is visiting WDW just before you are and they will send you or your children a postcard signed by their favourite character. Then when you visit you send postcards to some other families.

The best site that I have found is the www.disboards.com if you search "DISboards Fairy Godmother Postcards" in Google then you'll find the thread that explains all about it.

Hope that helps and you're able to spread some magic to other guests,

    Jo
