I've heard that there are pedestrian pathways that follow the river from Old Key West to Saratoga Springs (then Disney Springs). Does this means it's possible to go for a long walk or run around these areas?

    Hi Kelly!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Yes, there is a quiet and lovely walkway from Disney’s Old Key West Resort, called Conch Flats Trail. This trail is open from dawn to dusk for both pedestrians and bikers, and takes you from Disney’s Old Key West Resort past Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and to Disney Springs West Side. I am a runner myself, and I think this would be a wonderful trail for either a walk or a run. The path is paved and offers some lovely views of the resorts and waterways. The trail does not have lighting or water along the way however, so do plan your journey accordingly. I also think it is always best to travel with a buddy. I hope this information is helpful, Kelly. I hope you’ll return with more questions as you plan your upcoming vacation.

    Happy Trails!
