I've heard that all passengers need to present their passport before stopping at St. Thomas/St. John and that no one can get off the ship until all passengers have done this. I've also heard that it's done really early in the morning. Is this true?

    Ahoy Deborah!
It's great to hear from you again!  Before you know it you will be hearing the magical Disney Fantasy horn play, "When you Wish Upon  a Star," as you sail away for your week in the glorious Caribbean!  I'm sure your crew is counting down the days until your July voyage.
Currently, the only time you will need to present your passport will be at the cruise terminal in Port Canaveral.  When you get onboard it is best to place your passports in your stateroom safe until you are ready to disembark the ship once your cruise is over.  When you leave the ship to go ashore in St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Castaway Cay, you will need to carry your "Key to the World" card and photo ID (guests 18 and up).
Thanks so much for writing back, Deborah!  If you think of any other cruise questions, please let me know!
    Have a magical day!
