We have heard others that were at Disney when they transformed from Halloween to Christmas Decorations...When does this happen? They said it was exciting to see both decorations and were amazed how fast it was done.

    Hi Terri!

Typically, going from past years' schedules, the last Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party occurs on November 1st and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party starts just about a week later.

This means that visitors at this time of year can catch the end of the Halloween celebrations and the start of the Christmas holiday! During this week, you'll see the Magic Kingdom transform (seemingly overnight!)!! Full decorating of the resort and all the resort hotels will continue during the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving.

For some more information on the party dates (and to give an idea of the transformation timetable), here is a Disney Blog post about the 2010 party dates.

    Hope this helps!!
