Heard they are no longer using wristbands for eve EMH. Instead must show resort ID card at each ride? We will be at the parks during several EMH. What is the best way to have these cards readily available? Without losing them? Thanks for the great info!

Yes, there was a change last week in the evening Extra Magic Hours procedure. In an effort to be more environmentally aware, Disney is doing away with the evening Extra Magic Hour wristbands. Instead, of showing your wristband to enjoy the attractions during EMH, you'll have to show your resort ID (Key to the World card) at every ride. As you suggest, this could be tedious if you have to constantly dig your card out of your bag or pocket. Probably the easiest way to deal with this new situation is to keep your ID in a clear plastic pouch on a lanyard around your neck. That way the ticket will be secure on your person, but still readily available at each attraction. Pouch-style lanyard are sold in the majority of store in the WDW resorts and theme parks, but you could also find them at an office supply store near your home. (Think of an around-the-neck name tag holder that might be worn at a convention.)

Have a great time enjoying Extra Magic!
