Good news, mini golf at Fantasia Gardens and Winter Summerland has been added to the Water Park Fun and more ticket add-on options. Yes, you are correct that a round of mini golf does use on WPF credit, just like a visit to a water park or DisneyQuest. If you were only using the WPF option for mini golf, then that purchase wouldn't make a lot of financial sense. However, most folks end up with extra unused WPF credits that expire. The mini golf option can be a great way to burn off some of those extra credits. You should be sure to check the fine print at disneyworld.disney.go.com/tickets-passes.
