Hi, I’ve heard that HS and AK are now offering extended evening hours for deluxe hotel guests, in addition to MK and Epcot. This sounds great but I can’t see any dates for these on the Disney calendar. Can you shed any light? Thanks

Welcome back to planDisney, Karen! We are so glad you have returned with another question. Just like Jiminy Cricket, I am happy to "be your guide!".

One of the perks of being a guest at a Deluxe Disney Resort Hotel is participating in Extended Evening Hours! It is one of the best times to experience the Disney theme parks with minimal crowds, and it allows you to revisit the attractions you love the most! Typically, guests can view times on the Hours & Events Calendar on the Walt Disney World Resort website 60-75 days ahead of their visit. I checked the Walt Disney World UK website, and it is currently showing hours up to 6 June 2024. Extended Evening Hours vary and are subject to change.

Another perk of a Deluxe Disney Resort Hotel is the dining options! The different table service restaurants at these resorts are some of my favorites. If you want a steak for dinner, look at Steakhouse 71 at Disney's Contemporary Resort. If you wish to dine at a restaurant with a view of Happily Ever After fireworks, consider Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. If you are looking for a restaurant with a unique dining experience and menu, look at Jiko-The Cooking Place at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Karen, thank you for visiting planDisney once again! It was magical helping you today. If you need additional pixie dust planning for your holiday, send me questions directly. You've got a friend in me!

    Happy Planning!
