Hello, Samantha! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Even though we're fortunate to visit
Walt Disney World Resort frequently as Annual Passholders, my daughter still loves getting Characters' autographs when we go. When we were there last month, I remember seeing a selection of autograph books at
Epcot's Mouse Gear and
Magic Kingdom Park's Emporium. There are also some autograph books currently available online at
shopDisney.com, too.
My favorite kind of autograph books are the ones that include a photo album. These are fun because they allow space for the Characters to sign their autographs and also contain a laminated pouch for one of your favorite photos with each Character and space below the photo to pen a special memory of the occasion!
As my daughter has gotten older, she's wanted to add more memories to her Character encounters including stories and pictures she draws, too. Because of this, sometimes she likes to take a generic blank notebook or journal and personalize it for herself. That might be something for you to consider for future visits, too.
In addition to having an autograph book on hand, make sure you purchase
Memory Maker before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Samantha! Many of the Characters have official PhotoPass photographers on hand to snap both candid and posed photos of you and your little one as he meets his favorite Characters for the first time. These are definitely some of my most treasured memories, and I'm sure they'll be some of yours, too.
Best wishes!
Amy
