    Hello, I heard that Chefs of France features visits by Remy at certain times. We are coming in November...in preparation of making my dinner reservations, can you tell me when Chef Remy will make appearances?

    Hi Laura! The surprised look on my kids' faces when a castmember lifted a silver serving dome on a push cart to reveal Remy was priceless! Chef Remy makes the rounds at Chefs de France Monday through Saturday four times a day, generally at 12:30 p.m., 1:40 p.m., 2:50 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Unlike a traditional character meal, he makes one round through the restaurant and visits only the tables with guests seated at that time. Since your trip is several months away, I recommend that you call 407-WDW-DINE to confirm the times that Remy will be appearing in November and then schedule your meal 30 minutes or so before one of his scheduled appearances so you'll have a good chance of seeing him.
