Hello!! I heard that when you arrive at the All Star Movie Resort a cast member will greet your child with a Balloon and a "1st time at Disney" button. Is this something that everyone receives or is it something you need to add to your package?

    Hi Katy!

When you arrive at your Walt Disney World resort, you will be greeted by Cast Members who truly enjoy making guest days magical! This can be anything from opening the door saying "Welcome" to offering guests cookies or singing a verse of Happy Birthday to that special person. Cast Members definitely rise to the occasion.

Each guest experience will vary from another, so there is no set program or add on for a Cast Member to present your child with a balloon or a "First Visit" button. You can alert your resort that this will be your first visit to the Walt Disney World resort by having it noted on your resort reservation. Most likely they will have buttons waiting for you at the guest services desk, but anything else that happens is completely at the discretion of the resort and Cast Member spontaneity.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie
